The Ancient Now is not responsible for additional fees charged by your bank, payment provider, or customs authorities.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. The Ancient Now is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control. Once an order has been shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may not be eligible for reshipment or refund.
Refunds and Replacements
Refunds or replacements are issued only in cases of damaged goods or missing items and must be requested within seven (7) days of delivery. Proof of damage or missing items is required. Full details are outlined in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service.
