Refund Policy | The Ancient Now 2026

The Ancient Now carefully inspects and packages all products prior to shipment. Due to the nature of our goods and small-batch production, refunds or replacements are issued only in limited circumstances.

Refunds or replacements will be considered solely in cases where an item arrives damaged or where an item is missing from the order. Customers must notify The Ancient Now of any such issue within three (3) days of receiving their order. Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for review.

All refund or replacement requests must be accompanied by clear photographic evidence demonstrating the damage to the item and/or its original packaging, or evidence showing that an item is missing from the shipment. Requests that do not include sufficient proof may be declined at our discretion.

The Ancient Now does not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, personal preference, normal wear and tear, or damage occurring after delivery. Items reported outside the stated seven (7) day window are also not eligible for refund or replacement.

To initiate a refund or replacement request, customers must contact The Ancient Now via email at kristiana@theancientnow.com, including the order number, a brief description of the issue, and the required photographic documentation. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

If a request is approved, The Ancient Now will, at its discretion, issue either a replacement item or a refund to the original method of payment. Approved refunds are typically processed within five (5) to ten (10) business days, subject to the processing timelines of the customer’s payment provider.
